Plain words on what we collect, why, and how to have it removed.

Updates signup

If you sign up for updates we store your email or phone number, the language you chose, and the time you signed up. It is kept in Cloudflare D1 and also emailed to us.

We use it only to tell you about the shop opening, drops and events, and to send your 10% code. We do not sell or share it.

Sponsor form

If you write to us from the sponsors page we receive your name, company, contact details and message, only so we can reply.

Payments

Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details never touch this site and we never see them. Stripe sends us your name, email and shipping address to prepare your order.

Your cart

Your cart is stored only in your browser (localStorage, under the key erl-cart-v1). It goes to no server until you check out, and you can erase it by clearing this site's data.

Anti-spam

The updates signup at the bottom of every page and the sponsor form use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. Cloudflare's script loads only when a form is about to come into view or when you use it, and Cloudflare processes that check.

For that check we send your IP address to Cloudflare. We do not store it with your details. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps technical visit logs (including the IP) for a few days to run the site and keep it secure.

How long we keep your data

Your updates email or phone is kept while you are on the list; ask us to remove you and we delete it. Sponsor messages are kept up to 2 years and then deleted. Order details are kept by Stripe under its own rules and tax law.

No trackers

We use no ad trackers and no analytics cookies. TikTok and YouTube videos load only after you tap to play; until then neither platform receives anything from you.

Having your data removed

Email ranchoylumbre@gmail.com and we will delete your data. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold.
